FieldFlow Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 15, 2026
FieldFlow is operated by Flint Automation (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy describes what data FieldFlow collects, how it is stored, and how it is used.
What We Collect
When your company administrator provisions your account, we store:
- Account information: your name and email address
- Business data: estimates, invoices, products, customers, payments, and related records that you create within the app
- Company information: your company name, address, phone number, and branding settings
- Device data: we do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or analytics data
Photos and Camera
FieldFlow requests access to your camera and photo library solely for uploading a company logo. Photos are stored in your company’s database and are not shared with third parties.
How Data Is Stored
Your data is stored in two places:
- On your iPad: FieldFlow uses a local database so the app works offline. This data stays on the device and is cleared when a different user logs in.
- In the cloud: your company’s data is stored in a dedicated database hosted by Supabase on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure in the United States.
How Data Is Used
Your data is used exclusively to provide the FieldFlow service to your company. We do not:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising
- Share your data with other FieldFlow customers
- Use your data for analytics, profiling, or tracking
Data Isolation
Each FieldFlow customer company has its own isolated database. Your company’s data is never mixed with or accessible to other companies.
Data Retention
Your data is retained for as long as your company maintains an active FieldFlow account. If your company discontinues service, we will delete all associated data within 30 days upon request.
Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting your company administrator or by reaching out to us directly.
Children’s Privacy
FieldFlow is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
